What YOU get as one of my challengers:
- Accountability and a group of people to support you through this process- because we are all in this together
- A nutrition plan and meal ideas so you don't have to try and guess what you should be eating on a daily basis
- One of your daily meals taken care of each day which is just one less thing to think about because who needs something that's complicated?!
- Me as your coach to guide you through the process and help you push through when it gets tough
My challenge groups are FREE to all of my customers, but I do have a few requirements:
- I must be your assigned coach. If you don't have a Team Beachbody account, you can create one for free here: Make Jennifer my Coach!
- You must be willing to replace one meal per day with Shakeology for the duration of the challenge. Nothing plays a bigger role in weight loss results than NUTRITION!
- You must follow one of my nutrition programs or the nutrition guide that comes with your fitness program for the duration of the challenge. Throughout the challenge you will learn about clean eating, and how to properly fuel your body so that you get maximum results for the work that you put in. We also share lots of tips and yummy recipes.
- You must choose a Beachbody at home program if you don't already have one. All of our programs have special challenge pack options which combine Shakeology with the program of your choice and gives you a major discount. If you aren't sure which program is right for your fitness level and preferences, I can help!
- You must be willing to participate daily in group assignments and check-ins. When you are making a lifestyle change the most important thing you will do is apply the law of consistency. Participation in the group holds you accountable and helps you overcome roadblocks you've experienced in the past when it comes to weight loss. Plus, you make new friends and have fun!
